One thing to be wary of when fighting the Balder Knights is their Shield Bash attack. When fighting them, your best bet is to do as you should with all minor monsters block their attacks with your shield and attack when they recoil. As such the sword Balder Knights are generally much easier to send to their death the rapier ones might give you a bit more trouble, so be careful! The first has a sword equipped, while the second carries a rapier and attacks much more swiftly. It's worth noting that Balder Knights, unlike the Black Knights, will respawn.īalder Knights come in two forms. Other than that your experience should be generally Balder Knight-free. They'll also make a return in Sen's Fortress. They'll first pop up to give you some trouble in the Undead Parish, where they tend to appear quite frequently.
